Every thing you need to know about Windows Game Mode

With Windows 10 Creator update, Microsoft introduced Game Mode, which helps in optimizing your PC’s gaming performance. Moreover, this mode also helps in preventing other programs taking up CPU and GPU memory. The Game Mode grants the ongoing games more GPU cycles and a set number of CPU threads, though the exact details vary depending on your system configuration.

Enable Game Mode in Windows 10 Setting Step 1: Click Start key, and choose the Settings icon. Step 2: Now, Choose Gaming and click on Game Mode in the left panel. Step 3: Now, Turn on the toggle for Use Game Mode. Enable Game Mode for any game Once you turn on the Game mode in system settings, you can do it on any games. However, not all the games come with full-screen support. Step 1: While opening the game, Windows 10 will ask you to open Game bar using Windows key+G. If it doesn’t open, then the game itself doesn’t have support currently. Step 2: Now Press Windows key + G, or hit the Xbox button on your gamepad. Step 3: Click the Settings icon to the extreme right on the Game bar.In the dialog box that opens, check the box for Use Game Mode for this game.
